I have received a new Fitbit Flex. I have fully charged it up and it will work for about an hour or so and it will shut off. If I plug it back in it is still fully charged but it will then work for around and hour or so. I previously have had a Fitbit Flex and loved it but this is becoming discouraging. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

I got almost the exact same problem. Only my FitBit lasts about 10/15 min...
Syning says its 100% full and working, but then its stops working in about 15 min.
Can tap it as much as i want but no response.
When plugged into the Charger its shows the first 2 lights and last 2 lights indicating what i believe is a reboot.
Then it shows the full 5 lights indicating its full. And the cycle repeats...

My Fitbit Flex is doing the same thing. Is there a software update I need, or something? Any info would be helpful!
Thank you!
