Hi, did anyone else figure it out what should we do next to fix this out?
I have trying the whole day and night, but still my fitbit flex is not responding / light-up, when I double-tap or even tripple tap it!
But it do illuminating when it is connected to the charger.

PLS HELP 😞

Try a double tap, your Flex doesn't have a touch screen to detect presses. It needs to see a vibration. Try tapping sharply below the unit, this causes the tracker to bounce.
