Everything working OK in Uk. Have arrived in Albania and nothing was syncing. I logged out of Fitbit and now I cannot login. Keeps saying 'down for maintenance'
Have reinstalled, rebooted - nothing works. Am using app in Samsung 7.
Then I guess it is down for maintainance! Hope you are back on line soon ☺

Try uninstalling the app, reinstall it and log back in. That generally seems to solve the problem, unless the problem is with the internet
