I have just purchased the model and after about 3 hours when connected to the socket it is still completely discharged and a light flashes.

I purchased mine yesterday and I have exactly the same problem. It doesn't charge, one level white light still flashing, doesn't vibrate when put to charge, can't complete set up because the device is not found....
I'm really looking forward for the experience but this really puts down everything...
Have you found a solution since?
