I just got this today from my dadI synced it and it says that it's synced and I had it on the charger for about an hour and a half and the app says its on 0% and when I take it off the charger it goes blank and when its on the charger it only flashes one white light.. nothing works on it I even tried resetting it and it won't work what can I do ?

Hi @tayaaaa the Flex 2 takes longer to charge, about three hours, so give it some time. That single white light is telling you that it is charging. If it hasn't been used in a while, it might need lots more time. The Flex 2 has been discontinued for a number of years, so it's older. You can learn more about it at this link - click.

My Fitbit Flex 2 stopped synching on October 6, 2023. The version is 24.30.2. The battery is fully charged. I performed all of the recommended steps: turned off BlueTooth, put the Flex 2 sensor into the charger and pressed the square button 3 times within 5 seconds multiple times. The recommendation to go to the app, select Today, and swipe down gives me nothing. The sensor lights are squirrely. It still won't work. I have relied on the Fitbit to keep me moving. Now I got nada. I think this has something to do with the Google relationship. Please send help.
