Hi @wellyboots That is sad. What is wrong? Is it charging? Are the lights working? Is it counting steps at all?

Without knowing any details, try restarting it several times and see if that helps.

@wellyboots did you try restarting it several times? If that didn't get it working g again then it has probably died. Sorry
