I've had a Fitbit Flex (not Flex 2) and it seems to charge OK, but when I take it out of the charger the lights flash constantly (all 5 at once, then just the two outer lights, then back to all five at once, constantly cycling) and it vibrates as well, until I put it back into the charger.
I am also unable to sinc it with the app.
I have tried resetting it with a pin in the hole in the charging device but it makes no difference.
Has anyone else had this happen, any suggestions on how to make it behave?
