The recent software update (29th Jan 2024) with the new interface has seen the disappearance of the key benefit from the product - counting the number of swim lengths. How can I reinstate this feature? Secondly the device has gone from 46% last night to 15% low battery this morning and is issuing a warning (One i have never seen before) telling me that the device is not charging, although in a 2 hour charge its now showing 99%, while at the same time I have received a message on my phone saying the battery is low. This update has been a disaster from a user perspective. What we expect is an update which is fully tested. Can Fitbit help - advise?
