Slow blue blinking light o. Flex 2

Can someone help please. This is the 2nd flex 2 I’ve purchased in a week. Both did the same thing. Charge 100% and the beads are visible when charging. When removed from charger the beads go away and there’s just a blue blinking light. Neither notified me for text, calls, moving etc just the blue light. It is logging steps correctly but the notifications are important (yes I have allowed notifications in Bluetooth) any suggestions?

Hi @AliciaPeterson  The Flex 2 is a pretty old tracker in terms of lithium powered small electronics so it will get more difficult to find one that works long term. Have you tried to Restart your Tracker  several times? 

Having said that the light should flash blue for notifications. Is yours flashing constantly? Also have a look at THIS best answer to a blue light question. Hopefully that will help.
