Flex 2 battery won't hold a charge

Hi

I have live chatted and now phoned. Waiting for an email later today. Just won't hold charge. When it is charged it will synch, but not when power is too low. 

 

If I need to upgrade would you stick with the flex 2 or go for something different. I only really use it for step count, swimming and for sleep record.

I currently have a Flex 2, I've had it for about 2 years, and sadly it doesn't seem to charge any more although I have managed to get 1 white light. I have read through the forum and it appears that recently it has been a common problem with the Flex 2. So that may or may not be a good option. I'm also just looking for something simple like a step counter.
