Flex 2 can't pair or sync with phone

Hello,

 

I was having issues with my flex2 not registering my steps on the app.  I tried multiple times to sync and it was not working.  I then removed my app from my phone and restarted the phone.  Still not working.  I then deleted my flex2 from my profile.  I am unable to get it to reconnect to my application upon reinstalling it on my android.  Any recommendations?  

 

Please help!

Let me help you setting up and syncing your Flex 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
