Flex 2 charging issue

My flex 2 hasn't had ant issues until today, (had for 2 years) when connecting it to the charger all 5 lights are constantly on... The 5th light showing all the colours.... It has also stopped vibrating. When I disconnect and tap twice it flash's with just the red light showing it has no battery.... I have tried the restarting process but had no joy. Any advice anyone?

Let me help you with your Flex 2 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
