Hi, there have been several.times that my Flex 2 struggles to sync with my android device. I follow all the advice and it eventually works. However it is now starting to happen more frequently and then loses data; so step.count for days missing along with sleep data. I've had it for a number of years now and these issues are getting more frequent.
Is this coming to the end of its life?

Hi @RlC78 It possibly is coming to the end of its life. What phone do you sync to? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems?
