I have tried all the troubleshooting I could do and nothing has worked.

I went swimming Tuesday and a long walk Wednesday but nothing showed on my "dashboard"-I put them in manualy but why has my Flex 2 suddenly stopped tracking? It is charged up going by the lights and the dashboard on my laptop-I don't have a phone to put it with or whatever you do-just my Flex 2 and my laptop. I loved my Flex then when it died after 4 yrs I got a Flex 2 as it counts swimming. Had no problems at all until this week-please help. I can't remember how to do a restart or anything as I haven't had to do that. Allyson, xx
