My fitbit 2 won't sync. Not even recognised by bluetooth on my phone. Tried everything. Fitbit customer service not useful and has now stopped me contacting.
Uninstalled apps several times. Rebooted phone. Contacted phone manufacturer. Still not working. Search on Google pulled up tens of people having same problem since the end of Jan.
Anything else I can try?
Really frustrating!

Lizard - get in touch with FitBit help and go from there. If they cannot fix it, they should say they will move it up to management. Management might give you a 35% discount on the purchase of a new FitBit.... flex2 is gone and no longer supported.

It's been a week and I have the same issue. My Flex 2 will not sync and I have "Forced Stop" "Uninstalled App" and reinstalled. Nothing works. Is this a push to make us buy another?

TommyMa, I can't speak for FitBit on that! They will, if you go through the right channels, give you a 35% discount on a FitBit purchase through their website. Maybe you won't seek another FitBit. I know that technology becomes obsolete, I just don't see why this is one of those that is falling through the cracks. It's a simple bluetooth item! But, since it's happening, figure out a solution that works for you.
