my watch and computer are not in sync.  The time change is recorded correctly on my dashboard, but I can't change the step times on my watch.  It reverts to 5-1 instead of 6-2

What would "5-1 instead of 6-2" mean regarding step times?

In the past it has usually taken 2 days for Fitbit to correct to the time change but it's been 7 days and still not corrected. For example, I begin my 250 steps an hour at 8:00 a.m. but I still have to get them in for the 7:00 hour and that follows throughout the day. When I get them in at 7:00 the red dot immediately appears in the 8:00 hour which we haven't even reached yet on the clock. Frustrating. Will it be this way until the time goes back in the Spring? I would just like to know what to expect..

Thank you,

Sharon M

@tiggsmom   Sorry, I have no idea.  Mine has always corrected itself within a day.
