My Flex 2 last synced yesterday morning and will not now sync. It is clearly still working as I am getting the reminders to move and I have fully charged it. I have deleted and re-installed the app, unpaired and re-paired the device, restarted the device and restarted my phone multiple times and tried logging in on my laptop but nothing will make it sync. What else can I try? I also uninstalled and re-installed the app.

Hi, @AMWinter , if you successfully repaired your Flex 2 that will have forced a sync.
I would suggest trying this again, but in this case please do NOT unpair it first. Please go to your app, and on the opening (Today) screen click on the person icon/photo top left. On the next screen (account) scroll down to “+ set up a device”. From the drop down list choose “Flex 2”. You will get a message saying, “You already have a Flex 2 on your account; do you want to replace it?” Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there.
When the app finds the Flex 2 and sets it up it will force a sync.
