I just activated a Flex 2 and it does not vibrate when I receive text messages as it should. It vibrates when my phone rings, but not with incoming texts. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

@Chico94 Did you check the Notifications in the Fitbit app to make sure they are enabled for text messages?

 

Click on your profile photo > select your Flex 2 > Click on Notifications > make sure "text messages" is enabled.

@Heather-S @Yes, I did check that notifications were turned on. I ended having to reload the app and am now getting the notifications with both calls and texts.
