*Update* Chatted with support and solved my sync issue. It seems a restart of the Flex via the pin hole solved my issue also force stopping the app and uninstalling and re-install it as well. No data was lost and it now shows sync from the days missed from the 3rd through December 8th. Luckily I still had my original charger with the pin hole which isn't present on the after market charger received with replacement bands.
