My fitbit flex will not sync Last sync was Dec 3rd Tried everything An I the only one STILL having this problem?

Checked my flex this morning and shows last sync was Dec 3rd. Trying everything now to figure out what's wrong.

*Update* Chatted with support and solved my sync issue. It seems a restart of the Flex via the pin hole solved my issue also force stopping the app and uninstalling and re-install it as well. No data was lost and it now shows sync from the days missed from the 3rd through December 8th. Luckily I still had my original charger with the pin hole which isn't present on the after market charger received with replacement bands.

My phone found my flex but it still won't sync.

What type of phone are you trying to Sync? Sometimes mine takes time to sync if I don't have all day sync turned on.
