I cannot get my flex to sync. I got ahold of support and they said it was not paired so it wouldn't sync. So I created a new account, paired it upon creating an account. Once my new account was created, I tried to finish set up, but it keep saying that the device is synced, but then it never shows up on my devices. I have tried resetting the fit bit, turning off my data, turning off my Bluetooth, turning off my phone, deleting the app, nothing is working.

I'm having the same exact issue with my Flex 2. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps on Fitbit's website and nothing fixes the issue.
Everytime I try to set up my Flex 2, I complete the setup process and it says my device is synced, but my Flex 2 never shows up on in the app as a synced device.

Same Issue. Have had Fitbit Flex for years and I lost it a week ago. We had a spare Flex in the house and I tried adding it to my account to replace the lost one and it keeps failing.
The app finds the new flex and goes through with the whole setup process but then it never shows up in my devices.

if you have a computer with Windows 10 installed, try to download the Fitbit App from the Microsoft Store on your computer and connect your Flex 2 there. I had the same issues as everyone in this thread last week and this was the only way it worked for me.

Had similar problems. Managed to solve. I used iPhone 7 to connect. Normally I am Samsung user and was struggling for last 2 weeks. After connecting went back to my phone and so far seems to be ok.
