I’ve had nothing but trouble with my flex. I purchased 2 new cables due to charging issue and they don’t last that long. The biggest issue is know that Fitbit has a problem with charger design. Went through all troubleshooting process with no success, also called customer support with no success. However they did offer to sell me a new product with a slight discount. That’s not what I want, I would like to get my Fitbit flex charging so I can use it as intended. Can someone help?

Sorry for the delayed response. Have you cleaned all the contacts and pins on the charger?
