Flex won't charge

Hi, when I plug my Fitbit flex 2 in, it blinks one white light as if it is charging but it never actually charges and when I take it out of the charger it does. It syncs with the app but shows no battery. When I click the button on the back all the lights flash with a purple one at the top.

Mine is only stays charged for a day. After charging all night it only has 59% battery life.  When I put it on the charger it had 24%.
