Flex won't light up

Hi. First time on this. Needing some help please with my Flex.

The lights show up on the tracker when charging and will sync when tracker charginging.

However when I put the tracker in the wristband, lights will not show when tapping.

I have not used it for quite some time.

Am I doing something wrong or ha\s my tracker had it? I hoping not. Thanks in advance.

Hi @keltrev  lithium ion batteries don't like not being used so your flex 2 battery may have died. But before you come to that conclusion, try restarting it a few times. If that doesn't help then it has died.

Hi, this seems to be a problem for me as well. I have bought this Flex 2 tracker, brand new.

I have had it in the charging port for 2 hours. I have set it up while charging. It glows 1 white light. When I attempt to restart (3 clicks), I only see a flash (half a second) of 5 white lights, then goes back to the slow glow 1 white light. This is the same no matter how many times it is done.

 

If i take it off the charger, there is no light whatsoever. 

 

When I look at the app, and refresh the connection (whilst charging), the app says the battery is at 0% (empty battery with a slash-icon).
