Since I did a system update on my phone on 9/12/2021, my Flex 2 won't sync or record any data. I've tried everything to get it to connect to Bluetooth and it keeps saying that I need an app to connect. I have the app! Soooo frustrating!!!!!!
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
I have an Android. It was updated to version 10.

Yes....and I've tried every suggestion for Flex 2 for Android phones. It seems to hopeless.
Best Answer@Victory7983 you tried everything? Then you might want to get with support, which is linked on that page at the bottom
I'll do that...thanks for your responses.
Did you get anywhere? I'm in the same position. Last sync mine was 9/3. I've tried the suggestions also, but nothing..
Best AnswerI never got my Flex 2 to work again. Only thing I can think of is that it's not being supported by Fitbit anymore. So, I think Fitbit should send us a new device, free of charge, that works, right?!
@Victory7983 did you get with support? These devices are getting old. The Flex was discontinued when the Flex 2 arrived. Both of those were replaced by the Inspire series at least two or more years ago. Your Flex 2 is supported, but there is no warranty on it. I can't see how Fitbit would give new devices to people whose older ones stopped working.

Best Answer@Mikelarry305 without the charger, you can't restart it either. You posted in August asking about the charger. You can buy a charger - did you try?
