Flex won't sync

Since I did a system update on my phone on 9/12/2021, my Flex 2 won't sync or record any data. I've tried everything to get it to connect to Bluetooth and it keeps saying that I need an app to connect. I have the app! Soooo frustrating!!!!!!

@Victory7983  you tried everything? Then you might want to get with support, which is linked on that page at the bottom

Did you get anywhere? I'm in the same position. Last sync mine was 9/3. I've tried the suggestions also, but nothing..

Flex (1) has same issue. No logging since 11/09 and it will not even try to sync.

I never got my Flex 2 to work again. Only thing I can think of is that it's not being supported by Fitbit anymore. So, I think Fitbit should send us a new device, free of charge, that works,  right?!

@Victory7983  did you get with support? These devices are getting old. The Flex was discontinued when the Flex 2 arrived. Both of those were replaced by the Inspire series at least two or more years ago. Your Flex 2 is supported, but there is no warranty on it. I can't see how Fitbit would give new devices to people whose older ones stopped working.

@Mikelarry305  without the charger, you can't restart it either. You posted in August asking about the charger. You can buy a charger - did you try?
