Flex won't track my sleep data

I have just dusted off my flex 2.. It had 30%charge last night whilst I wore it thro night.. In morning it had just registered solid sleep for the period I jad planned.. But I'd been out of bed 3 times and tossed and turned all night. I then synced it.. I'd forgotten how it works.. Thinking it would show awake times.. But still nothing registered.. Could it b due to low battery.. I haven't used it for 4 years.. But really need to get on top of menopause changes

Two days ago, my Fitbit Flex 2 has stopped registering sleep at all. I always wear it to bed and I charge it frequently. This happened once before a month or two ago for one night, but then started working again after skipping a day. I thought it was a weird app hiccup, but now it is not registering sleep two days in a row. 😞 

How do I get it to record sleep again? Alternately, how can I retrieve that data from the back end to enter myself?
