My 2-3 year-old Flex 2 and its mobile app have been less than good to each other lately. Restarts of the Android app have been required multiple times over the past 1-2 weeks to achieve sync. The phone is old and full of data, but by no means overfull. The Flex 2 never overeats and has only required restarts a few times during its life.
With this record, imagine my surprise when the browser app (with up-to-date Firefox) suddenly refused to sync for what eventually became almost exactly 24 hours. Nothing fixed it - even after restarting everything, one at a time. At some time, however - unconnected with any action, the new data was magically displaying in the app. So far, all is good again - except confidence in the digital product space.
