New Fitbit wont link with app. Done all the steps.

Hi @Notmydog - Am I right to assume you have a Flex? That’s quite an old model. I’m surprised you found it new. Where did you get it? Also, which phone are you trying to connect to?

Yes my daughter got it.  I'm as from Amazon.  Phone is Samsung Galaxy  7.

@Notmydog - Your phone is on the list of compatible devices so it should connect. Please make sure that your phone and the Fitbit app are updated to latest versions. If that does not help. You may want to return the Flex to Amazon. They have a good return policy.

@Notmydog does it look like the one on the left(Flex 2) or the one on the right(Flex)
