How do I delete a message on fitbit?

How can I delete some messages that some friends sent me on fitbit?  I would like to clear them all and start fresh?  Please Help...thanks

Messages are not deleted after 30 days. I have messages from 10 months ago that are still showing up

I have messages over 1 year old and notifications over 2 years old still showin . Please update this for us to delete by slid .

Just block the person... the messages get deleted. If you don’t want to keep them blocked, just unblock them! The messages don’t come back. And it’s like they were never there. Great if you have storage issues or are low in data.

The problem is that when you go back and unblock them , it requires you to send a new friend request for them to accept.

Mine are way over 30 days and have NOT disappeared.

I have an iPhone I found that you have to delete each conversation individually. If you sweep to the left the conversation can be deleted
