How does your fitbit track your weight?

I want to know how to track my weight on my flex 2. It had my starting weight then I lose some pounds and it tracked it I guess. Just need someone to explain this to me.

Thank you

It tracks our weight by our heart rate.

I'm a little late to this conversation but I thought your input was interesting. It seems kind of logical that lower heart rate = healthier body = more calories burned and weight loss.  I'm gonna check this out once I decide with which Fitbit to replace my Alta HR. I wore it for 2.5 years straight only removing long enough to shower but got it really wet yesterday and it died.  I'm so lost without it.  I digress.

Thanks for the tip! 🙂

Funny you say that as I have been very satisfied as “most” people have. Your comment is a mere opinion and in now way helps anyone. **ahem**

That is really strange. I wonder if it has something to do with the type of Fitbit that you are using. I have a charge 3 and I entered my initial weight into the app when I set it up and it has not changed one iota because I have not entered any updated data.
