When I check my app first thing in the morning it says I’ve already burned 1445 cals already every single morning even if I haven’t worn it. I’m not sure how to fix this

Fitbit includes BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  These are always credited, even when you are not wearing the tracker.

See How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned? for more about this.

If you see 1445 for days you have not worn the tracker, it makes sense those would be your BMR calories, and be the same every day.

However, if you see 1445 for today before the end of the day, that would not explain it.  Are you sure you are looking at today and not yesterday?

I get the same thing and I don’t wear my device at night.

Yes, exactly as I said above.  BMR calories are credited, even when you are not wearing the tracker.  I guess it's making the assumption that you are still alive so were burning BMR calories overnight, even not wearing the Fitbit.
