New Flex 2 won't charge

I just got the flex 2, and I plugged it in around 9 am because it wasn’t working. It’s now 2 pm. The light is still on showing that it is charging, but it’s still completely dead in the Fitbit app and then I take it out of the tracker charger, it doesn’t work. What’s going on? How long would it take or is mine faulty?

Hello @Jaqueiswacky and welcome to the Community.  You wrote that you just got it, but Fitbit discontinued the Flex 2 in 2019.  Rechargeable batteries degrade over time, even if they are never used and still in their original packaging.  I think you should try to get a refund.  I don’t think you will get it to work.
