I cant get my samsung galaxy s10 5g to recognise my Fitbit Flex.
I wondered if it wasnt charged so put it back on charge. while plugged in 5 lights are blinking - what does this mean? Is it charged or charging?
Is there a way to reset the fitbit so it can be discovered by my phone?

Hi @Milomolly and welcome to the forums! Android phones must be at OS 7.0 or higher. Please check to make sure your phone is there. You can find instructions to restart your Flex here. Please let us know how it goes.

Have you cleared your Fitbit app cache @Milomolly .
You titled the thread as a noob question then ask about a tracker that was last made 5 years before your Fitbit account was created.
However you are correct as with every bluetooth, the tracker can only talk to one device at a time.

Yes, I did, but not sure what your point is? I'm new to fitbit. My mum gave me her old one recently...
I've solved the issue now. . I wasn't trying to get the tracker to connect to multiple devices at once. But once I disabled all other bluetooth devices around me and tried again and it worked for some reason
Thanks
