I got this problem after the new update. My active minutes were shown but it does not update my exercise log. I can’t always be entering manually, then it would defy the purpose of having flex2. Any advise?
Hi @Joa_cf Try restarting your Flex 2 several tmes and see if this fixes it. If it dpesnt unjnstall the app on your phone, reinstall it and log back in.

Hi NellyG, I have restarted the flex several times and uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing is working. Still the exercise is not recognized. Any other suggestions?
Hello Joa_cf,
I'm having the same issue since the latest update. Then there was another update shortly after, that didn't fix it either. Sleep is also not being recognized.
Best regards.

@Joa_cf @SunsetRunner Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your missing active minutes. How are you recording your activities? Where did you see them? Could you share a screenshot of your activities? You can try logging them again if you initially manually logged them to see if the new log shows the correct data.
@NellyG thank you for your help here.

Best AnswerHi, my active minutes were correctly recorded but it was not updated on my exercise tab. This happened since I updated the fitbit app on 19/9. Since then, my exercise was not recognized. Here are a few screenshots of the active minutes and exercise tab. For your information, I have never updated my exercise manually before as it has always been automatically recognized. Looking forward to your advise.
Best AnswerHave fitbit come up with a fix yet? I have had this intermittently and for the last two days again I can see active minutes and steps but not activity. I’m getting really frustrated.
