No internet connection message when trying to sync on MacBook Air

My Flex 2 is not syncing to my MacBook Air, it says 'no internet connection' when I'm on the internet. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off several times, didn't sync; reinstalled the Fitbit Connect, still same problem. It is, however, syncing to my Android phone [Samsung Galaxy] What else can I do?

Hey @Funke, welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy I'd like you to post a screenshot of that error message that you are getting on your MacBook Air when trying to sync so I can further investigate it. In the meantime, beside of what you already tried to fox this, I'd like you to review the other troubleshooting steps in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? On the Mac or Windows 8.1 computer section.

Let me know how it goes!

My problem is exactly same - except it won't synch on Samsung 6.  Says: No Internet Connection.

Has not shown sleep since late March.  Will show steps somedays.  Uninstalled-reinstalled app.  Unpaired-paired.  Restarted phone.  Tried everything.  Time to toss it?
