No longer receiving text notifications after Android 10 update

I updated my Pixel 2 to Android 10 last week. On my Flex 2, text messages notifications have not been working, but call notifications still work. I have tried rebooting, turning BT on and off, resetting the FitBit device, removing/re-adding the FitBit device, force stopping and clearing the app cache, uninstalling and re-installing the app. No fix so far.

Let me help you with your notifications not working on your Flex 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

• Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
• Restart your phone and restart your device. 
• Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
• You can find additional suggestions here.

Thanks for the reply. I tried all of the steps below, but nothing was resolved. Based on the other forum threads about this issue, it is not device-specific. Let me know of any further troubleshooting, though.

Another update (v3.6.1) was released on Friday, but the issue still persists. As usual, I have gone through all the same troubleshooting steps.

Fitbit released another app update yesterday (v3.7), but the issue still persists.

I am having the same issue with my Flex 2- call / alarm / reminder notifications working fine, but text message notifications stopped.  I re-installed the Fitbit app, but that didn't help either.

With today's latest update (v3.7, updated 10/21), the text notification issue appears to be resolved with my Flex 2 on my Pixel 2.

Ich habe leider seit dem Update auf Android 10 das gleiche Problem und es nervt. Nach jedem Update gibt es mit meinem P30 Pro Probleme, aber so lange hat das Problem noch nie bestanden. Fitbit kennt das Problem doch jetzt offensichtlich schon lange, warum passiert nichts?? Ich bin wirklich sehr genervt und auch wenn ich meine Fitbit sehr mag, möchte ich diese Instabilität nicht ewig hinnehmen. Gibt es irgendeine zeitliche Einschätzung, wann wieder damit zu rechnen ist, Nachrichten auf die Fitbit zu bekommen?

Anrufe funktionieren übrigens mehr oder weniger stabil.
