I have read about resetting the flex by using the hole on the back of the charger and unless I'm blind, I don't have one. Please help!

It's not very easy to spot. Have a look at this thread that has a picture showing where it is:

If it's not there then I wonder if your charging cable is a fitbit original. Some 3rd party replacement cables do not have the restart hole.

Best AnswerThank you for that answer. Definitely no hole so can only presume not a genuine fitbit charger. Will now order a new one to hopefully solve the problem. Thanks again SteveH
