Not syncing with phone

After updaying the app and also restarting my flex 2. The information is not sycing with my phone

I did a live chat with Fitbit when my Flex 2 quit working 13 days ago--- I ended up deleting the app from my computer and reinstalling it and then everything started working again. I hope this helps
