I can’t get my text message notifications on my Fitbit. Can someone tell me why.

Not without knowing what type of phone that is not sending text messages. Could it be a Samsung S10 with this known issue?

I have an IPhone 8. I have tried everything that is required and I still can not get text messages notifications.
