Recent Apple Update Flex unresponsive

Has anyone else done the latest Apple Update and their Fitbit App is completely unresponsive? The device itself (Flex) is counting, etc. But the App is not registering. I really do not want to remove and re-add the device… any suggestions?

Hi @DJBurde - The first thing to check is if the Fitbit app on your iPhone is up to date. Depending on how your iPhone is set up, this can be done a variety of ways. Let me know if you need help with this.

 

You may also want to check to see if your Flex needs an update. Plug your Flex in to charge it. Then restart your device. (Instructions are here.)  It may prompt you to install an update. If not, here are instructions to update a Fitbit device.
