Sleep restoration graph not graphing - is flatlined

@DUFFERBART   I apologize if I misunderstand what you wrote.  The restoration graph is a sleeping heart rate graph.  The Flex 2 doesn't measure heart rate.

Iv'e had this for years with the premium service.
It is part of the advanced sleep analytics.

The graph has not been working for over 3 weeks now with the exceptions of a day here or there (e.g. It worked on Sunday May 9.).

I have tried all the fixes I know of to no avail 
People had this same problem last year and it is your FitBit software problem.
I'll want a refund of premiums if not fixed.

@DUFFERBART   Are you sure you own a Flex 2?  It doesn't have a heart rate sensor.

I see that you also posted in the Other Charge tracker forum in the past.  Typing in all caps is shouting.  Please don't shout at me if you meant to post this in a different forum.
