I love to walk. I try to use this Fit Bit Flex. It has been extremely difficult to sync and transfer info to my Smart Phone FIt Bit app. Also how do you sync? The website is not user friendly at all. I can not stand this product because i want to use it but it creates so much stress in my life. So does the scale.

What phone?
Did you try force stopping the Fitbit app and clear its cache?

I'm not sure what is ment by disconnecting, reconnecting, of what device with what device?
To sync, you will want to open the Fitbit app and let it sync

Your flex needs to sync its data through the Fitbit app then on to the fibit server.
You will need to log into your MFP link and connect this account to your Fitbit account.
As for go365 you will need to ask them if this is possible.
