I just left the Fitbit chat room and was told I could NOT purchase a new battery for my Fitbit Flex?

Can anyone assist me?

Hi @tiger72  there is no battery replacement for the Flex. You might find some third party place that sells them, but you'd probably pay more than if you replaced the device. The Flex is quite old now, having been replaced by two series of trackers. The support people in chat were telling you the truth.

Have you searched youtube for Flex battery replacement? Somebody may have figured out a hack.
