What causes a darker screen ? Very hard to read !

Hi @jdherg66  you posted in the Flex 2 area. That Fitbit only has colored lights, not a full screen. If it's dark, it's because it's gotten old. The Flex series was discontinued a few years ago. All you can do is try restarting it, but it might not get any brighter.

Do you mean it sometimes get darker, or that it is always dark and hard to read?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
