Could anyone please tell me why since changing my mobile i have had trouble syncing my fit bit and then was working fine but yesterday it says it hasnt been synced since tuesday and not doing anything at all now

Which mobile did you purchase, @wellyboots ? Is it on the list of supported devices?

Thanks for providing the name of your phone, @wellyboots . Unfortunately, it is not on the list of supported devices. But often, even if a device is not supported, may of the features will still work. Please check out these trouble shooting tips on what to do when your Android phone will not sync.

Yes device is listed they say my fitbit is broken and out of warranty
