flex 2 totally dead. tried charging, tried pushing the reset button, tried plug in to computer but no response it's totally dead. Please help how to fix this.

does it blink when it’s on the charger? 
if it doesn’t, please make sure the charging contacts are clean - give it a quick wipe. 

Also try using another outlet to see if it’s where/how you are charging

let us know how this goes.

Thank you for your message. I did clean it up then I let it rest for 2 days, charged it after and it worked.
