I'm used to working out in the afternoons, but lately it's been so hot I've found it hard to keep on going.
Advice please! What are the best strategies for coping with summer heat? Thanks.

Never been able to switch to morning cause I work from home now. I am thinking late evening might work.

I'm with @WendyB -- early morning is the coolest time of day. Moving to even a short morning workout means you always get some exercise in because other obligations don't creep in to mess up your plans to exercise in the afternoon/evening.
