If you want to manually log it in, it can be found in the list of activities:

Other than that, I don’t think it has ever been included as a loggable (or autodetected) activity on any tracker.

I know, I'll get it from Endomondo. I want a shortcut so I do not have to bring the phone on my skiing trips.
