Best AnswerMy workouts have increased in intensity over the last few months. Until January I was 100% couch potato. LOL. I'm not sure how to tell my overall max HR, but I it looks like the highest I've registered is 175.

I'm not a fan of the 220 - Age = MHR formula, and I've never had my max clinically measured, so each time I reach a new peak HR on an exercise I call that my new MHR. 😄
July of last year I peaked at 177 bpm. Avg HR was 155
